At Riverview we offer you the use of the fully restored, historic federation home built in 1902. This magnificent home is newly renovated with a romantic air of opulence and is situated on an acre of beautiful gardens and large manicured lawns sweeping down to Byron Creek. Here you will find lush green trees so well known in the Byron hinterland area, platypus, turtles, water dragons and you will hear the kookaburras laugh. The moment you arrive at Riverview you will enjoy a relaxed yet stunning atmosphere for you and your guests to enjoy.
Riverview is the ideal setting for a wedding and we are more than happy to provide the venue for your special occasion. We are all about providing an EXPERIENCE ….you will be welcomed by a warm and uplifting atmosphere that will be remembered by you and your guests forever. The mulberry tree by the rivers edge, is close to one hundred years old and is lit up with 3000 fairy lights. It looks like a scene out of a fairytale. To add to the romantic feeling, the balcony and house are lit up with many candles and sparkling chandeliers. Riverview is simply magical!

Thank you all so much for everything you did for us and our wedding at Riverview. It was truely the most perfect day. We couldn't imagine a more idyllic setting to be married. Special thanks to Sarah who was such a pleasure to liaise with leading up to the wedding, constantly making me feel calm, and making sure everything ran smoothly on the big day!
